👊 Welcome to the FREE Champions Performance Community!
We’re pumped to have you here 💥 This is where combat athletes come together to level up their nutrition, strength & conditioning, mindset, and performance. This group is about building a strong community of fighters and athletes pushing toward the same goal: becoming the best version of yourself inside and outside of training. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 📝 Your First Step: Introduce Yourself Create a post with the title “Introduction” or "New Here" and answer the questions below 👇 1. Where are you from? 🌍 2. What combat sport(s) do you train or compete in? (MMA, wrestling, BJJ, boxing, Muay Thai, etc.) 🥋🥊 3. What’s your current training goal? (make weight, improve strength, gas tank, recovery, etc.) 4. What’s one area you feel you struggle with most? (nutrition, strength, conditioning, consistency, mindset) 5. What’s one win you’re proud of? (competition, PR, training milestone — big or small!) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔥 Why This Matters This group is built on community + accountability. By sharing your story, you’ll connect with other athletes chasing similar goals — and you might even find an accountability buddy or someone who’s been where you are now. 👉 Action Step: Make your Introduction post today. We’ll jump in the comments to welcome you! ————————————- COMMUNITY RULES This space is built to help combat athletes, coaches, and enthusiasts grow stronger, smarter, and better together. 📘 How to Submit Homework
Why Homework Matters This course isn’t just about reading information. It’s about applying it to your training and daily life. Homework is how you’ll: - Reflect on what you’ve learned. - Practice turning knowledge into action. - Build consistency and confidence step by step. Think of it like drilling techniques in training — the more reps you get in, the stronger your foundation becomes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Where to Submit Homework? 👉 All homework should be posted in your personal “Homework Notes” inside Skool — NOT in the comments. This way, you’ll have your own private log of progress, and you can look back at how far you’ve come throughout the course. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to Submit Homework? 1. Go to your Homework Notes section. 2. Title your entry with the module and lesson (ex: 1.1 – Homework: What is Nutrition?). 3. Answer the homework prompts given at the end of the lesson. 4. Be honest — this is for you, not for “grading.” Example Homework Submission (Module 1.1 – What is Nutrition?) Homework Prompt: - In your own words, write 2–3 sentences on what nutrition means to you as an athlete. - List one way better nutrition could improve your performance right now. Example Student Response: 1.1 – Homework: What is Nutrition? To me, nutrition means fueling my body with the right foods so I can train hard, recover faster, and stay healthy. It’s not just about calories, but about giving my body what it needs to perform. One way better nutrition could improve my performance right now is helping me have more energy during evening training sessions. I often feel drained after work, so improving my pre-training meal would probably help. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
