Let’s Talk BRRR or HMO: What’s Your Strategy for Property Investment?
Hey everyone! 💬 We’ve got a lot of property investors in here, so I wanted to get your thoughts on two popular strategies: BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) and HMOs (House in Multiple Occupation). Which one do you prefer and why? Have you had success with either strategy? Or are you just starting to look into them? Let’s hear about your experiences, tips, and any questions you might have! 🔑💰

I’ve not done any of the 2 strategies, being new to the game etc. But I would do both when I’m able to: BRRR because you pull the majority if not all your money out and repeat. HMO because you get an income from each room. If done correctly both will continue to give a nice steady income.
