Happy Saturday
Sorry I was absent been having a rough few days but my good friend v has been hold up.... so I have written a song I want you all to see. Please dont panic its something I been working on I can add to it while keeping your raw voice and emotion, not changing what you’ve already written—just expanding it into fuller lyrics. Here’s a continuation that fits the tone and rhythm: From a Suicidal Mind Have you ever thought about suicide????Well let me take you through a suicidal mind…Let me guide you through as I tell myself goodbye.Oh wait, you’re too scared to die—wait, so am I,but hey… welcome to the thoughts of my suicidal mind. I just feel dead inside, like how could one callmake me feel so unalive? How could I allow you to take meand make me feel so unalive—like why? I’m breathing, but I’m barely here, smiling just to disappear.Heartbeat loud but I feel numb, tell myself, “just make it till tomorrow comes.” I fight with thoughts I never chose, they whisper things nobody knows.I don’t want death, I want the pain to quit,I want relief, not the end of it. I’m screaming in a silent room, asking God if healing’s coming soon.I’m scared to live, I’m scared to die, trapped somewhere in between the lines. So if you hear this broken voice, know I’m still trying to make a choice.I’m still here, though I’m losing ground, lost—but somehow not gone now. Welcome to the war inside my head, where I’m alive but feel half-dead.This isn’t weakness, this is me,trying to survive what you can’t see. Hope you have a great Saturday

Happy late Thursday
Today I had been recharging after a few days of intense conversation from 9 interviews and a panel. I watched a video earlier that I like to share but won't for two reason. One is the fact alot of you dont know unless you seen my recent interview. Second reason is this what my example of what the youth are seeing is ok to post online. Now everyone is entitled to a opinion but sometime we need to stop giving attention to these type of videos. As my buddy @Jason Bush and I discussed in private you can't change someone's opinion. Hes right so I wont cont to add to the view conts it will get Anyways you all have a great rest of the night Remeber you matter ♥️ Love always Pete

The Quiet High of Helping Others Anonymously
There’s a special kind of rush that nothing in my using days ever touched: doing something for another person in recovery when they don’t expect it at all. - Slipping a $20 gas card into a jacket pocket - DMing a guy at 2 a.m. who posted “I don’t think I can do this” with nothing more than “You already are. I’m up if you need me.” - Dropping groceries on a single mom’s porch who’s white-knuckling her first week, no note, just gone before she opens the door. No applause, no credit, no “look at Massimo the saint.” Just the act. Every single time I do it, something inside me levels up. I don't have cravings any longer yet my problems shrink, and my sobriety feels even more bulletproof. It’s like topping off my own tank by giving someone else gas. Science calls it “helper’s high.” I call it free, renewable rocket fuel for long-term recovery. The Stoics called it living according to Justice and human connection. Whatever the label, it works. You don’t need money or grand gestures. A ride to someone without a car, a “you’ve got this” voice memo, paying for the coffee of the person behind you in line who looks like they’re on day three; tiny, anonymous, pure. Try one this week. No announcement, no tag, no story. Just do it and feel what happens on the inside when nobody’s watching. Then come back and tell us (without naming names) how it felt. I guarantee your sobriety will feel a little taller. Who’s in for one random act of SOBER Method kindness this week?
