One of the reasons I created Myo My Alchemy is because I truly believe we learn so much through sharing our experiences. So I’d love to hear from you… 💭 What’s something you’ve learnt about yourself through one of life’s difficult chapters? Maybe it’s taught you to set boundaries. Maybe you’ve learnt to slow down. Maybe you’ve discovered that you’re stronger than you ever realised. Maybe you’re still figuring it out - and that’s absolutely okay too. There’s no right or wrong answer here. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. You never know who might read your words and think, “Oh…me too.” ❤️ I’ve just been a bit braver than I normally would and uploaded a short video sharing the outline of my story and why I’m here. You can find it in the Classroom section. And while you’re here, I’d really love to know what you’re enjoying about Myo My Alchemy so far. ⭐ If you’ve found the community helpful, please consider leaving a review. Your feedback helps me understand what’s useful and helps other people find their way here too. And finally… 🫶 LIVE CIRCLES ARE COMING SOON! I’m really excited about creating a space where we can step away from our busy lives, connect in real time, talk, listen, learn and simply be. No pressure to have the answers. No need to be “fixed”. Just real people, real conversations and a safe space to explore what’s going on underneath the surface. So tell me below… What would you most love to talk about or explore together in our live circles? 👇 I’m listening…
