2nd video of my health check up in China 🇨🇳
Video #2 from my head-to-toe health assessment in China 🇨🇳 In about two hours, I had a brain MRI 🧠, CT scans of my chest and abdomen, an EKG, blood work, urinalysis, a bone scan, and a complete physical exam. The cost was $1,800. I’m sharing the experience and what I learned along the way. More to come! 🙏 More videos in our TPLH SKOOL platform #China #HealthJourney #MedicalEvaluation #mannyfresh

The money you save vs paying here in the states would pay for a trip to china. It’s a win win 😁

Peptides are changing the medical world slowly but surely. Love the fact that I can control a lot of outcomes on my own without the need of a doctor. Research research research !
🧬 LET’S TALK MITOCHONDRIA
Most people learned in school that mitochondria are the “powerhouse of the cell.” True — but that barely scratches the surface. Mitochondria are involved in much more than simply producing cellular energy. Researchers study their role in: • ATP and cellular energy production • Metabolic signaling • Oxidative stress • Cellular repair and maintenance • Inflammation and immune signaling • Cellular aging • Apoptosis — the controlled removal of damaged cells This is one reason mitochondrial research has become such an interesting area in longevity and metabolic science. And here’s where things get especially interesting: As mitochondrial function changes, the effects can extend far beyond one individual cell. Tissues with high energy demands — including the brain, muscles and heart — depend heavily on healthy mitochondrial activity. 🔬 Discussion question: If we did a deeper educational series on mitochondrial science, what would you want to learn about first? A. How mitochondria actually make ATP B. Mitochondria and aging C. Oxidative stress and free radicals D. Mitochondrial dysfunction E. Compounds currently being studied in mitochondrial research Drop your letter below 👇
