Any coaches here that speak Mandarin Chinese?
Hi Folks, I have a an opportunity for a coach that can speak Mandarin Chinese. No certifications needed, but you must be familiar with the CliftonStrengths assessment. The job is for up to 6, 1-hour sessions and pays well. I'd also appreciate any introductions if you know someone else who fits the bill. BTW, I spoke with Daniel Aytes, but he's not available. Weak Leadership
Have any of you guys worked for companies with weak leadership? How did you navigate and did you abandon ship or stick it out? Thanks in advance.

Definitely. At a tech startup being run by the founders. I thought I could "power through it," or stick around and make a difference. Big mistake. If the top leadership doesn't change, nothing else will. I stuck it out for 8 years and it did a lot of damage to my confidence and career growth. Should have left after about 1 year after everything became clear.
