I don't have a specific timeframe but I do want to feel improvements. I have considered Mots-C, NAD+... I'm following other skools that are also researching. My concern is not knowing how to read the dosages, along with the syringes, etc. I feel like I need to know as much as I can before taking the plunge. They say it's easy to understand but it's not for me. lol... And I'm trying to talk myself into looking at grey with my fears of getting into these peps and having to abruptly disappear. I'm hearing too much about how they're really helping people. sorry--I'm rambling because I really need to start with something that'll help me where I am. taking that plunge and buying something lol...

Our country definitely has skills with creating scare tactics, particularly strong ones within the TikTok social media.
