Good share Christina! Apollo is crazy for birds, if I don't control it he REALLY enjoys rushing out the back door and chasing them. I have feeders (refusing to take them down as I love the birds) so I have a lot of birds for him to contend with. He mostly isn't bothered with watching them from inside, unless it is a large crow/ raven or dove. My biggest challenge is my father-in-law live with us and lets the dogs out through the day and I have no control of how that happens, this results in Apollo rushing out and Juno chasing after him. When I let them out, I have them sit and wait and then go slowly or heel. Last night Apollo did not listen to heel and rushed the birds so today he will go out on the line as a consequence. One thing I have done is change the position of the feeders so that they aren't straight ahead of the door, this has helped and gives the birds time to fly off before the Apollo sees them.
