When “I’m Fine” Is Actually Not Fine Anymore
Sometimes the hardest part of healing isn’t what happened to you… It’s the way you keep showing up like you’re okay when deep down you’re exhausted. Smiling when you feel numb.Saying “I’m good” when you’ve been breaking in silence.Trying to hold it together because you’re used to being the strong one. And if no one has told you this today I will: You don’t have to perform strength here. Not in this space. Not in this season. I read Judy’s words about rebuilding from separation, faith, finances, and identity… and it reminded me of something powerful: Healing doesn’t start when life gets easier. It starts when you stop pretending you’re not affected. Some of us are not “fine”… we are just functioning. And there’s a difference. So I want to ask you something real: 👉 What part of your life are you quietly carrying alone right now? You don’t have to give details if you don’t want to. Even one word is enough. And if you’re not ready to share publicly but you felt this in your chest… My DM is open. Not to fix you.Not to judge you.Just to listen like a human being who understands. Because nobody should have to heal in silence. You’re not behind. You’re becoming.

What's one thing you're trusting God with today?
Some days my faith feels strong. Other days, I'm barely holding on. But I'm learning that trusting God doesn't mean having it all figured out — it just means showing up and saying, "I need You." What's one thing you're trusting Him with today? Big or small, drop it in the comments. Let's pray for each other. — Judy ✝

Today, I'm trusting God with the things I can't control and the timing of the things I'm working toward. It's easy to get caught up in wanting immediate answers, but I'm learning that faith is often about staying consistent and trusting that every step has a purpose, even when I can't see the full picture yet. Praying for peace, wisdom, and strength for everyone in this community as we walk through our own journeys. 🤍🙏✨
Little behind-the-scenes update
Her Dope Mindset officially launches June 22nd. 🤎 And behind the scenes… we are still building. The community is being built intentionally. The blog Becoming HER officially launches June 22nd too. The courses, resources, healing conversations, mindset tools, and everything else are slowly coming together piece by piece. Right now this may look “small,” but every meaningful thing starts this way. Honestly, seeing women already joining before the official launch means more to me than you know.🥹 Which is why every woman joining before June 22nd is officially considered a Founding HER Member 🤎 You joined before everything was polished. Before the courses were uploaded. Before the full vision was completely built out. You believed in the vision early. And one day when this community grows, you’ll be able to say: “I was here from the beginning.” If you’d like, feel free to add: “Founding HDM Member ” to your Skool bio/profile. Thank you for being here early. Thank you for growing through this journey with me. This is only the beginning.

14 Days 😭
In 14 days, Her Dope Mindset officially launches. 🤎 Right now you're watching the beginning. Behind the scenes, we're building the community, preparing resources, and getting ready to launch Becoming HER, our blog + community, on June 22nd. This is the real-life rebuilding process. The late nights, prayers, vision, obedience. To those who have already joined, thank you. You're officially part of the founding season of Her Dope Mindset, and that means more to me than you know. The best part? We're just getting started. xoxo, Judy

What's Up!! 😀 Welcome to Her Dope Mindset! - Start Here 📌
Hey sis, welcome home. 🤍 If you just joined this community, I'm so glad you're here. You're not here by accident. You're here because you're ready — ready to heal, ready to grow, ready to become HER. Here's how to get the most out of this space: 1. Introduce yourself below. You don't have to share your whole story (unless you want to). Just drop a comment and tell us: • Your name (first name is fine) • Where you are in your journey (separated, divorced, single mom, contemplating, rebuilding, etc.) • One thing you're hoping to gain from being here 2. Turn on notifications. Click the bell icon at the top of the community so you don't miss the good stuff — weekly prompts, resources, live discussions, and real talk. 3. Show up as YOU. Messy is welcome. Questions are welcome. "I don't know" is welcome. This is a judgment-free zone where we hold space for each other exactly as we are. 4. Engage with others. Comment. Encourage. Share what's working for you. Celebrate the wins (even the tiny ones). This community is what WE make it — and it only works if we show up for each other. A few ground rules to keep this space safe: • No man-bashing. We're here to heal, not stay stuck in bitterness. • No unsolicited advice. Listen first. Ask permission before offering solutions. • Keep it faith-filled AND real. We honor God AND the messy middle of becoming. • What's shared here: stays here. Respect each other's stories. You didn't stumble into this community by accident. You're here because something in you is ready to shift. Ready to heal. Ready to step into the fullness of who God created you to be, and if you don't even know who that is yet, or if you've lost faith in Him as I did at one point, that's okay too. You're exactly where you need to be. We'll figure it out together. So drop a comment below and introduce yourself. Let's get to know each other. Your story isn't over, sis. It's just beginning. - I'll go first. Check Comments! 🥰 XoXo - Judy ✝

Hi Judy, thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming space. 🤍 My name is Isabelle galati, and I'm excited to be part of a community that values growth, healing, and genuine connection. One thing that really stood out to me is the reminder that everyone's journey is different and that it's okay to be in the middle of the process. I'm looking forward to learning from others, sharing encouragement, and growing alongside some amazing women. Wishing everyone strength, peace, and beautiful new beginnings on their journey. ✨🙏
