Earlier today when we were travelling to the beach, I was reflecting on how much we focus on and get excited about the destination that we miss the beautiful things that happen on the way there. If you are focusing so much on the person you want to become, I invite you to pause for a moment, take a breath and appreciate where you are right now. Appreciate all the bumps, detours and delays of your path. They are all supporting you in your transformation. A simple act of gratitude make your ride much more enjoyable!
