Hi I'm Pedro, a Philadelphia-based engineer on the DevOps and systems administration track, with a passion for building infrastructure that's automated, secure, and maintainable. By day I work at Gnostech; by night I run CedarLab, a multi-node Proxmox homelab where I sharpen my skills across everything from VLAN segmentation and identity management with FreeIPA to reverse proxying with Caddy and container orchestration. I believe the best way to learn infrastructure is to build it yourself, break it, and fix it at 2 AM. My current learning path runs through Ansible, monitoring stacks, CI/CD, Terraform, and eventually Kubernetes, and CedarLab is where all of that comes to life. What does your career need most right now? My strongest career accelerator right now would be learning Ansible.
