This happened after I switched to a business account and tried to get the verification badge for my AI influencer account, which actually caused me problems, and I don’t even care about it anymore. Do you think switching to a business account started triggering these checks and suspensions? Would it be better to switch back to a creator account like before, when I didn’t have these issues? P.S.: The suspension spilled over to my personal account, which has nothing to do with this and has never been suspended; I’ve had it since 2016. Both accounts were restored both times just a few minutes after I provided the information Instagram asked for, along with an apology from Meta for the confusion.

I used to usually post 3 to 4 photos per day on Threads, and now my Threads growth has stalled. I decided to increase the frequency to 6 posts per day or at most 8 carousel posts with quotes per day. I was gaining a lot of followers daily and reached 3.4 million views in the last 14 days. Do you think Threads might have frozen my views and growth because I was growing too fast? When I check my account status, it says my posts are not being downranked in the feed. What I did now was stop posting for 24 hours and then start posting more slowly. What posting frequency do you think is still safe on Threads daily without seeming like spam?
