One quick thing I’ve noticed with a lot of growing communities is that members often join but don’t immediately take action, which usually affects engagement and retention over time. Even simple things like a stronger onboarding flow and a clear first action for new members can make a big difference early on. Quick one so I can make this more specific: are you mainly focused right now on growing members, improving engagement, or both?
