Goal: for the next 38 days be at a local coffee shop/ library / and do deep work. I will post a picture of me and my laptop with the date showing. This is possible because I'm looking for a job currently. If my situation changes I will change the time when the work takes place. During the weekends I will wake up early and go for a walk, but I'm not obligated to work.
Wassup people 🤘 Next Saturday we're having a call and having a progress party 🎉 I thought it would be a good idea to divide people into partners in that call as well. That way we'll have more personalized accountability. P S. @Emily Mariscal I'd recommend during the following days even if your feeling sluggish due to the sickness to still do yoga even if it's doing one pose. In order to create habits that stick it's important to keep doing the same thing every day 🌀 That's how you'll build a yoga practise that comes effortlessly.🌞
1. Exercise for atleast 15 minutes 2. Practice Nihongo for 10 minutes 3. Clean room 4. Read anything about Nursing for 5 minutes 5. Sleep at 10 pm 6. Take a bath before going to bed 7. Spend atleast 10 minutes for finance
