Ever feel like you’re crushing it on the outside… but your energy’s a mess behind the scenes?
I used to ignore it — thinking more strategy or mindset work would fix it. But the biggest shift came when I started paying attention to what my body was saying. Not just thoughts, but tension. Sensations. The subtle signals underneath the surface. Now I approach everything — business, leadership, even healing — through that lens of energetic clarity first. Curious… What signals does your body give you when you’re out of flow?

@Joi Rychelle What are your thoughs on this? Do you feel like this sometimes? It resonates with me.
Would you say stress is the enemy?
I would say Stress isn’t the enemy. Stagnation is. Because when stress moves through your body, it can make you stronger. But when it gets stuck, it turns into exhaustion, fog, or burnout. That’s why I would say flow isn’t about avoiding pressure... ...it’s about letting energy move cleanly. What are your thoughts on this? & How do you keep stress moving instead of storing it?

It's an intressting thought! I probably agree! Stress is the enemy when you are storing it and letting it get to you and when it leads you to not work on the thing that stresses you out Curious to read what others think.
How often do you flow?
Flow. It's the optimal human state.. ...but so many humans don't experience it often. How often are you in a flow state and when?

@Lee Simmons Makse sense, I don't enter it that often to be honest mostly when I work or when I do sports.
