You may not like this... but it's the truth.
I've always been a person directness even if to some it's wanted, it's warranted. Here it is: The community is called Start a Business with No Money, it's not called Start a Business with No Effort. What do I mean, I would think that if you're coming to the community you're here to learn some tips and ideas to help you do that. 426 members and theres access to 9 experts in different fields that contain a wealth of knowledge. Yet I don't see many taking advantage of that, not many questions, when i made my first million I would have ppl ask me how, etc. My answer which remains the same to this day was "I'm Hungry" Our Broke Millionaire line took off and everyday when I walk in my office, I see two signs that have stayed with me everyday. Rent Due, Success is never owned. It is only rented and rent is due everyday. Hustle in Silence, Let Success Be The Noise. There's just something about seeing so much talent and hearing ppl say they want something and not taking advantages of what's in front of them. When I hear the question get asked to me about how to get to the top etc, simple response of a question I ask them is "How bad do you want it" Last thing is if you want it bad enough "Do it" you can make excuses or money, but you can't do both at the same time I'm here to help you look the part of money so you can make money take advantage of it.
You may not like this... but it's the truth.
Actually the less money you invest the more effort you will have to make. Money buys time. Time executing tasks, time figuring out stuff on your own, time on processes that could be automated, time on organic growth with limited reach. But it's much better to know that you can start with no money than using budget constraints as an excuse to do nothing.
Local Business vs Online Business
We are all trying to make money online and mostly know the advantages of succeeding. Work from home, make your own hours, the possibility of starting with no money and escalating to the whole world. But there are cons. While you can sell to the whole world you're also competing with the whole world. And nowadays that competition includes both people and bots. Local businesses don't have that con. Because of that, building an online business can be very slow while you're tring to figure things out. Building a brand that sticks can take months or years. Creating a product that sells well, figuring out advertizing... even with the right contact that is not imediate, unless you're very lucky or already is a marketing and tech expert. The point is, if I wasn't employed in a great place and was instead strugling finatialy I would do both things just to stay afloat. Because investing on an online brand is totally worth long term, but local businesses pay off imediatelly, if you sell something people need. This other day, I was waiting at night in line for 3 hours to take my daughter to the emergency and there was no place to sell food nearby, we were all hungry. Some car stopped with three big pots full of soup in the trunk. They sold out in less than one hour. Homemade soup in a trunk, right place, right time, instant money. Much less work than fighting for small gigs on the internet.

How to make real internet money, not pizza money!
Here is a poor quality YouTube video on my recent channel where I talk a bit on how to make real money on the internet, not pizza money, not beer money. I'm talking about money that will replace your income, buy you a house and a car and pay college for your kids. I suck at making videos because I'm just starting out and my setup is terible. Also the only place I have to record currently is at my car after everyone is sleeping. But I'm making things happen, no excuses.

@Adam McCollough that's key. people who treat internet money as hacks, gigs and tricks will never make real income, just small changes.

@Adam McCollough some people simply refuse to learn about certain things and outsorce right away because they think it's too boring and complicated. That comes at a high cost, because the way I see it a business owner should have at least a basic understanding of all the parts of theis business. I worked with people who refused to have at least a basic understanding of IT and as a consequence they were screwed by agency after agency and several contractors before hiring me.
Skool vs Competitors
[ROAST MY LESSON] This is going to be a straight to the point comparisson between Skool and 2 of it's big competitors that I worked with: Circle and Mighty Networks Is Skool the best of the 3? Short answer: Yes! For the majorit of cases. Long answer bellow: --> Circle: PROS: - Segregation: You can have different spaces for a lot of things. Different chat spaces, different spaces for sharing media, share photos. That allows you to have a lot of different things going on in the community in a organized way, and you can accomodate several niches. - Sharing Media is easy and it looks good: You can share media in a lot of different ways. Members can embed code, so they can for example post a spotify reproduction list that you can play without leaving the page. You can also have photo albums that look really good. - Stunning landing pages: In Circle you can create awesome landing pages, very easily and that look like professional websites. WIth these landing pages you can use your own custom domain. You can also have metrics like traffic and convertion rate. - Integrated CRM features, so you can have your own sales funnel and also manage mailmarketing - Support is great. You can have an answer from a real agent in 15 minutes. - Custom domain, without Circle in the name CONS: - Complicated and expensive pricing model: The pricing model is a mess. Upgrades cost too much. LIke going from 89 dollars to 199 to access automations. And 419 to have AI agents. That's pretty salty, specially for solo entepreneurs. - Annoying limitations: Circle has limitations for number of moderators and admins even on the highest plans. Also unlike Mighty Networks, you have a limit to the number of spaces you can create. And the livestreams are also pretty limited in how many hours you can host per month. Ideal for: Businesses that want to sell courses, have multiple niches in the same place, but not too much because of the limitations and want to allow people to share media in a lot of different ways.
