🔍 Need your posts & comments in a spreadsheet?
A couple members asked me for a way to export all posts + comments from their Skool community so I built this free tool called Skool Post Scout You can use it to: - Pull every post - Pull every comment - Export everything to CSV Here’s the page with the instructions: https://www.skootcrm.com/scout-plus If you give it a try, let me know how it goes! 😄

@Crafty Club @Chantal Perrinjaquet You can do that pretty easily with email marketing. Ask for people's emails once they join your community with membership questions, connect the asnwer with mailchimp or similar using Zapier and add them to a chain of emails that include renewal reminders. But using DMs would be harder and really require an addon.

@Chantal Perrinjaquet Yeah I'm also on the hoby plan. So what I do is manually get the answers on a spreadsheet and get the automation going from there. One strategy I sugested to a client that is also on the hoby plan was creating a form to get emails and asking for people to fill in exchange for a freebie. That form can be on your community and social media, and it can be the kickstart for a chain of emails.

☎️ My Membership Questions Are Booking Calls Without Me
I'm trying something new that's working well. When someone joins my community and says they're interested in Skoot CRM (via membership questions), they get a different welcome message. One with my calendar link. This morning: • New member joined • Answered "yes" to wanting Skoot info • Got my calendar link automatically • Booked a call for tomorrow All while I was doing other things. How It Works: Skoot CRM reads their membership question answers and sends segmented welcome messages. YES to your offer = Calendar link included NO to your offer = Pure value welcome What I'm avoiding now: • Manually checking who's interested • Copy/pasting calendar links • Missing hot leads • Generic welcomes for everyone Plus automatic follow ups if they don't respond: Day 2: "thoughts?" Day 4: "just checking in" Day 7: "did a bear eat you?" I built Skoot CRM to solve my own DM overwhelm. This feature is saving me hours per week. Curious if this would work for your community? Let's talk
