WELCOME TO THE TEE360 FUTURE ENERGY LEADERS NETWORK 🌍
If you’re here, it’s because you want more. More access. More opportunity. More from your career in energy. But here’s the reality. As an ambitious young professional in energy myself, over the last year I’ve realised something: 👉 Your success in this industry is dependent on your network. But early on… that’s the problem. You don’t have access to the right rooms. You don’t know the right people. And you’re not surrounded by others who push you forward. That's why I'm building: The TEE360 Future Energy Leaders Network... A global community designed to help you level up faster. A place where you: • Meet your future mentors, partners, and collaborators • Connect with ambitious people like you • Get direct access to the CEOs and executives shaping the industry This network is intentionally built not to be for everyone. This is for people who want to lead in energy. Not just be part of it. If that’s you — welcome. Now do this: 1️⃣ Introduce yourself in the community 2️⃣ Share what you’re working on / where you want to go 3️⃣ Share your 'Hot Take' in the energy industry... Let's get to work!

Hey TEE360 - Paulin Josepha Dongomale here from Austin, TX Petroleum Engineer. Energy Finance Researcher. Doctoral applicants at Purdue and Penn State. I’m a U.S. citizen originally from the Central African Republic, a country rich in natural resources yet still awaiting the infrastructure investment needed to unlock its full economic potential. I hold dual M.Sc. degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Finance & Economics, and I’ve worked across the Permian Basin, at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Brookhaven National Laboratory, and at Tesla’s Gigafactory and Applied Materials. Those experiences have given me a multifaceted view of energy: the field, the lab, the factory floor, and the financial model. That intersection is exactly where I’m building my career. Currently, I’m completing a working paper on the economics of methane mitigation in the Permian Basin, comparing EPA regulatory compliance with voluntary carbon market strategies using Monte Carlo and other stochastic modeling techniques, with the goal of submitting it to Energy Policy. My doctoral research focuses on developing quantitative decision frameworks for pricing carbon transition risk, helping energy companies, investors, and development finance institutions make smarter infrastructure investment decisions across multiple carbon policy futures. Long term, I want to work at the intersection of energy investment strategy, climate policy, and financial engineering, whether through research, institutional advisory work, or by helping shape the frameworks that guide the next generation of global energy infrastructure investment. My Hot Take The biggest challenge in the energy transition is not technology or capital; it is decision-making under uncertainty. We already have technology and capital markets. What we still lack are robust analytical frameworks that help CFOs, utilities, energy producers, and development banks allocate capital intelligently as carbon prices, regulations, commodity markets, and technology costs shift simultaneously.
The future of OPEC?
With the UAE leaving OPEC, it is interesting to see how things are playing out right now. Fuel prices increased even more in the UAE, and Saudi lost a key ally. What are your thoughts?

Hi Ahad, You are absolutely right, and I could not agree with you more. Today, many people are no longer curious about why things are shifting or moving in different directions. That is unfortunate because curiosity is one of the driving forces behind innovation and progress in the world today. I also appreciate the fact that you discussed the geopolitical side of OPEC, which is a very important and relevant topic in the energy sector, especially regarding global energy security. I am curious which ally do you believe Saudi Arabia has lost? Great job on this discussion! Paulin
