This meditation is wonderful. It made me cry. I planted the seed of love in my heart to become that which I want to attract. The seed grew into gorgeous, voluptuous roses ( any flower you love and don't forget the fragrance) and flowed from my chest into a huge plant all around me. Little embodiments of love.
