I’m a 2 month newbie to the community. I’m learning new technique's, all about spices and how to build layers of flavor in my dishes. We learn the “why” behind what we’re doing, while Benjamin makes us laugh. The Friday Live community cooking is amazing. In a brief time, I’ve learned so much and made some flavorful dinners. I never thought I would be able to make the dishes I have. We love it! A sincere thank you to Benjamin for being a wonderful leader and mentor. Friday here we come!
