Welcome sir!
How to start and what dosages?
I have Reta, Tesamorelin, Ghkcu, melanotan 1 and Dsip. I’m on my 3rd day sober and was curious what you guys think would be goood for me to start? I’m super micro dosing 🍄 as well it seems to help with the cravings for alcohol. Really trying to quit drinking permanently and lose 40lbs, lots of belly fat and internal bloating…

Congrats on 3 days! 👏🏽 Keep it going. One step at a time. 👍🏽 Reta first for sure. Dependency and substance issues are some of the things GLP’s are treating.

@David Furka A doctorate. That sounds very professional, like you should be wearing a suit. 🤣 My nephew lives with autism. Bless you for what you have chosen to do. Autism has so many levels to it. The complexity requires a deep understanding to be able to assist those afflicted with it live reductively. And help their care givers help them effectively as well. Sometimes the care givers can be the biggest struggle. 🥲 Yeah, I had no idea what profession you had. It is great to know you’re invested in something very near to my heart. Again, that you for what you do!

@David Furka You are welcome
Protein in a pinch..
How do you get your protein in? While away from your normal routine how or what do you eat to get it in? Like while out of town in a hotel what do you eat in a pinch to get by? I've found out that smoked canned oysters have anywhere from 18-20 grams a can. And in that same area at your local Dollar General there is packs of tuna with about the same amount. That and a box of Triscuit crackers I can make a meal with a protein shake too. What else is out there?

Smoked oysters are delish! You can also get the wild caught sardines in olive oil at Costco with cucumber and some hot sauce. Tillamook has a sugar free jerky that is wonderful. Scoop of collagen in any liquid and that is 20g right there. There is a protein jello that is pretty good 20g per cup. I take a couple and put them in the mini frig. Wanted give options that were not standard.

@Luis Melendez another easy eat is chobani high protein yogury. Comes in all kinds of flavors. I add MCT, chia and pecans. Yummy

Yip. All this is the same with RS. What was most pleasing is the fact that they are targeting autoimmune disorders in one of the recent studies. This was the reason it was suggested RS run Reta for research by NP. Good to know that the NP was spot on.
