When they start asking "are u real?" What do u respond? isn't illegal to say you're real when youre now then proceed to sell images?

was curious about this too. I heard Fanvue claps you if someone asks you on fanvue if u are Ai and you say "i am real" or "i only enhance my photos". cause it's "against guidlines and you are misleading people, thats why we disclose in bio" I'm curious what are other's ppl experience with this

I've been learning this for a month and a half, but I've already learned a lot, from creating photos and videos to building a consistent character... I created a model and made 10k followers in 3 weeks, made my first $500, but Instagram asked for facial proof and I lost my account. I started another one a week ago and I have about 750 followers. Fanvue payout scam?
We emailed Fanvue support to edit the bank details, but in response they emailed that our account is flagged for using "co-creators" as the girl would be real. (But our model is fully AI generated, no deepfake). We responded and tried to explain clearly that the model is fully AI generated and we have AI label in bio and no other people are in these photos. To which their response was: "So as you cannot verify the co-creators, what we can do is also delete the content on our side but then we would also need to remove any earnings made from the content with the co-creators. Would you like me to proceed?" As if they didn't even read our response. We mentioned in the email that we would gladly cooperate and fix stuff and remove our content that are specifically flagged. Anyone encountered this or similar? And also what led up to this? This would make Fanvue not worth pursuing again, I mean if we "agree" to their proposal, and then we start to create content again, they could just nuke it again

Update: Fanvue support helped us with some back and forth on email, now it's fixed and we can continue using this platform

Fanvue Scam
So I just wanted to get a payout today, Fanvue let's me know that my content isn't original and it is stolen. I tell them that my content is made with Nano and Seedream, so it isnt stolen. They redacted all my earnings. What the actuall f*ck

Oh, we encountered the exact same issue right now. We wrote an email towards support proving our model (especially face) is fully AI generated. Did you email support or anything? Or they just ignored that and blocked the account
