Flow rates
If the flow rate is too far apart leaving streaks instead of sealed overlays then increase your flow rate. Go by 10 to increase until your satisfied with the flow of the filament through the nozzle head.

@Joshua Ryan Flow rate tweaks definitely help, but it’s also worth checking line width vs nozzle size and print speed those can cause underfilled top layers even if flow seems correct.
