hey guys
Hey everyone 👋 I’m Arron, from the UK - dad to a little legend who keeps me on my toes! I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist, and I run FitDad Collective, where I help busy dads get fitter, feel more confident, and build habits that actually stick without living in the gym. I joined this group because I reckon it’s great to be around other dads who get it - the wins, the fails, the chaos, and all the little victories in between. Looking forward to swapping stories, sharing tips, and getting some solid dad-to-dad support going 💪 Fun facts about me: 1. I’m addicted to lifting and trying to stay ahead of my own dadbod 😂 2. Let your kids make mistakes and let them be messy. Let them pour the milk into the cereal bowl, fold their clothes (poorly), cross the street, fall off the skateboard. This is how they learn, how we all learn, by maing mistakes. Be safe about it, clearly, but let them explore this awesome world that they have only been in a few years.

@Kimani Lovan 100% kids will do what you do. I remeber growing up my dad saying "do as I say, not as I do." Now knowing that is just not how it works 😆

Voice coach??
Has anyone ever used a voice coach? I feel like I don’t recognize my own voice, and that it should sound different.. has anyone else ever felt like that?

I do feel like that! I have not worked with a coach, but I was recently looking up YT videos about "finding your true voice". some videos helped!

@Mike Robinson alot of the results were about singing voice, but as a musician, finding your singing voice will really help your speaking voice and it builds so much confidence and joy.

@Mike Robinson Its a discounted rate for the forst 6 months then it goes to the normal marketing rate. Idea is by then, if they have made it to 6mo, they like the service/seeing results, and its worth it for them to pay the actual cost. I do this because lots of local businesses dont want to make that initial investment, cant afford it, fear of loss, whatever it is.
