Lessons from 2024 for Success in 2025 - Stop doing this...
Happy New Year people! 🎉 I hope you all had a chance to take a proper break over the holidays. For me, it was the first time (for 3 years) I really stepped away from work—and during that time, I reconnected with something I’d stopped doing: reading (or in my case, listening to) mindset and business books. For a while, I’d bought into the idea that these books are a waste of time or a form of procrastination. But over the break, I listened to six of them—and it completely refreshed my mindset. The insights reminded me how powerful the content we consume is in shaping our thoughts and actions. Takeaway #1 for 2025: Don’t let other people’s opinions stop you. If something works for you, keep doing it. 👉 What’s something you’ve stopped doing because of others’ opinions—but deep down, you know it’s valuable for you? Share it in the comments below! Now, let’s jump into today’s topic 👇 Are You Talking More Than You’re Doing? This week’s Friday Morning Coffee Talk dives into a lesson from Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday: - Talking about your plans might feel productive, but it can kill your drive to take action. - When you celebrate an idea before doing the work, you lose the hunger to make it real. - This year, let your actions speak louder than your words. Build quietly. Share your results—not your plans. So my challenge to you - Take a moment today to reflect on your goals. Instead of sharing what you plan to do, share something you’ve already done recently—even if it’s a small win. Let’s celebrate actions, not intentions! 👉 Watch this week’s episode below to learn why working in silence could be your most powerful move in 2025 ↓
