Campaign starts
I am looking for anybody willing to play in a dnd group using 5.5e rules. Campaign starts at level one, and will go to a level higher than 1 (stays secret). Homebrew content is allowed, but nothing too overpowered. And you must choose some of my homebrew races/subraces, classes/subclasses/prestige classes. I will integrate different concepts of homebrew into the campaign and explain them as we go on. I will dm. The platform used will be google meet, and I will post whenever we meet for a session again. Anybody who wants to join, dm me your character info, email, and any questions you have, and I’ll dm you when the session is startable. Im interested, will need to confirm a time that would work for me being in Australia. Im going camping for a week from today, so will have to figure out the details when I get back :)

The Elemental Gauntlet One Shot
5 combats, no rests. A local wizard is messing with the boundaries between the elemental planes. It's opening random elemental portals and the nearby kingdom wants it to stop. Guards we're sent to the (Shockingly small) wizards tower but none have returned. The adventurers guild is giving 2,500 GP to anybody who puts a stop to the chaos! RULES: 1. If you've already played a game with me I ask that we give other players 48 hours to join before you join. I want to make sure everyone who wants to play with me gets a chance. 2. 2024 PHB Only. RAW. This is because I'm focused on making up to date content and I need as much practice in the newest ruleset possible. 3. 5 Players. Character level 12. 2 rare items of your choice. Point buy. 4. As the group grows it's going to get a lot louder. While it's nice and quiet I'd love to hear from you, what would you like to get from this group?

@Arianna Kelly Usually people learn quckest by playing, so dont feel too daunted that you dont know enough, as long as the DM knows your level of experience they'll likely help explain as you go. The hardest part of Dnd is finding a group to play, mostly due to scheduling a time. Online is probably most accessable, but has its own challenges compared to IRL There is a good how it works overview on youtube by Mark Hulmes, I can link it if you dont mind @Sage Crane As long as you can understand your character sheet, and who you want to be, you're good to go.

Yeah Im a bit of a gish fan, I find i tend to make some crazy combinations, can usually hold their own with a melee one on one, but have a back pocket of tricks for a range of situations or theme. Its a hard balance and want some full caster to boost the spell utility, but mostly ends up being martial or half cast. I do enjoy a good jedi build

Testing a Mid-Level Goblin Dungeon One Shot
