Moving from Chat GPT to Claude
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’m wondering if anyone knows of any good videos, guides, or instructions on how to move as much as possible from ChatGPT over to Claude. I’m currently using ChatGPT to run my business and have built up quite a bit over time — projects, custom instructions, past chats, memory/context, workflows, and other information. I’d like to start using Claude also to help run my business, but I really don’t want to start over from a blank slate. I’ve searched YouTube, but most of what I’ve found only covers basic memory or copying a few prompts over. I’m looking for something more comprehensive that explains how to transfer or recreate the overall setup. Has anyone done this successfully? If so, what was the best process, and are there any good videos or guides you would recommend?

Hey Sean Ironically, I just did this in reverse to leverage Astra more (Brower use was of importance based on what I'm working on today). Have you built out a 2nd brain yet? If so, you can simply point Claude at those files and let it cook. At this point, except for rare instances, the standing advice is stop giving the systems narrow rules for operating and let them think about how to proceed. Both Fable 5.1 and Astra are very capable for figuring it out.
It's the little things...
Dropping a brain dump late at night or early in the AM and having my assistant sort it, organize it, and either add to the google sheet or calendar for me is wonderful. This isn't complicated use of AI, but it makes the small business owner hectic life a bit smoother and less stressful.

A Month of Work Done in Six Hours With AI
The AI OS payoff isn't gradual. It's sudden. I've been two months deep building context in Claude. Teaching it how I think, how I write, what my business looks like. Yesterday I was at my Academy for six hours running oversight for summer camp. Not at my desk. No big blocks of time. Just oversight. I walked out with roughly a month's worth of work done. That's not a coincidence. That's what happens when the AI actually knows your business. You stop explaining yourself every session. You stop correcting it constantly. It just moves with you. If you're still in that early phase where it feels like you're putting in more than you're getting out, that's exactly where I was six weeks ago. It's not broken. It hasn't clicked yet. What's one thing you're still doing manually that you wish Claude could just handle? Drop it below. I want to see if it maps to what we've already built out.

This was a GREAT revelation this week. I am landlocked running camp, and I'm suddenly 3 months into the future on recurring monthly projects instead of rushing on the 1st of every month to get it done.
