Yeah! First sale today. So I have paid PS for the order. Do I leave the order on Etsy and only mark as complete when it has been shipped? Just want to ensure that PS send it before the 3 day shipping date. Cheers.

Anyone else having issues with the Portal? Files missing, unable to process orders, error messages. Have reported it to Tom but just wondering if anyone else is having problems.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction for postage costs to the rest of the world? I thought I had it sussed and set to charge £5.00 for these obscure places, but two of my orders were for Australia and USA and they got charged the £5.00. Great I've got an extra few quid, but the reality is that might put buyers off as most will offer free delivery. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have uploaded and listed some images via the bulk listing tool. However, these images are of inferior dpi size. How can I easily replace the low quality images to my print files with higher quality images?

Just launched my shop guys.......honest feedback please. I have a lot to do yet in expanding my current collection, and am taking it one collection at a time....many to come, and I am busting with ideas and concepts. :-) ChiesArtPrints - Etsy UK
