Day 3 build
For my day 3 build I have built a skill called lead triage. It qualifies email leads and puts the leads into rows with the lead’s name, email, company, intent, tier, urgency, message summary, and a generated draft reply that you can send to the lead. This can help small businesses see an organized file of leads and the intent instead of manually opening and reading messages one by one. If a lead is spam, intent will be displayed as spam. After watching the agent work, I asked the agent to put the lead list in a spreadsheet. The agent created a link for the spreadsheet that can be opened on excel or in a browser. I’ve attached screenshots of the skill.md and the spreadsheet output. On to day 4! #AISChallenge

Day 2 build
Day 2 build is complete. I scraped information from a real estate agency directory in my city as I’m looking to eventually offer workflow automations to real estate agencies. The scrape lists the agency name, phone numbers, websites, and descriptions. This is very helpful for me to conveniently grab information and do cold outreach. I would like to see emails as part of the list so this is something that I would work on to be shown in a future scrape. Otherwise I think this is a good start and I now have an idea on how the mcp servers and firecrawl work. On to day 3! #AISChallenge

Day 1 Build
I have completed my day 1 build! It is a newsletter that highlights popular restaurants and upcoming restaurant openings in the Charlotte area. What clicked for me was the speed at which the agent was able to send out the email to my inbox and the style of wording used by the agent in the newsletter. You would think that it was written by a local dining connoisseur. As far as what I would change, I would probably try and have more infographics and design elements put in. On to day 2. #AISChallenge

7 day challenge
Hello! My name is Paul and I'll be starting my 7-day challenge. I'm hoping to build workflow automations for small businesses and start my own AI Automation agency or serve as an AI consultant. My experience level is low with automations, but I have built websites and a SaaS web app with the help of Replit and Claude. I'm looking to learn more in the realm of AI automations as I can see it can be a highly profitable industry and it will help me explore my creativity. I was intrigued by Nate's YouTube videos and learned a lot on how to use Claude from his videos, so I decided to join this community to further my learning and connect with fellow learners. I'm looking to forward to seeing how far this takes me and interacting with some of you! #AISChallenge
Gaining Clients
I feel confident in my builds and my ability to build, but I am still struggling with getting clients. I thought about literally walking around my town and asking businesses if they would let me watch them work and interview them (basically a light audit) for free. What have you guys had success with?

Running ads, specifically meta ads, should help a lot. If you don’t have budget for ads, try massive cold outreach. You can use tools like Claude to automate an email marketing campaign and use firecrawl for leads. Hope this helps!
