Hey @Eli Sorrentino, congratulations on launching the community. I know most people focus on building courses and setting everything up first, but I'm curious: What are you currently putting more attention on right now getting your first members through the door or making sure the community is structured properly before you start promoting it? I've spent a lot of time studying what causes new communities to gain momentum versus staying stuck at the beginning, so I'd be interested to hear what your biggest challenge has been so far.

Out of curiosity, what's been the hardest part so far getting people to discover the community or getting them to actually join once they see it? I just sent you a quick DM as well.
