By the end of the night, I was too tired to stretch, too drained to prep healthy snacks, and too wired to wind down for sleep. Sound familiar? ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ต, ๐—œโ€™๐—บ ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ. Blend! The first thing in the morning I drink about 6-8 oz of water, then I get my coffee. If I put off exercising for "later", it will never happen ๐Ÿคฃ. There's always so much to do! This month I will continue doing the mentioned above until it becomes a habit. Like on the plane, I gotta put on my oxygen mask first, otherwise I can't help anyone else.
