Tuesday January 27, 2026 Marveling at God’s Creation and Care Scripture Psalm 8:3-4 “When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?” Todays Reflection: In these verses, David gazes at the vast night sky and is overwhelmed by the majesty of God’s creation. The heavens, crafted by God’s own “fingers,” remind us of His infinite power and artistry. Yet, amid this cosmic grandeur, David marvels at God’s personal attention to humanity. Why would the Creator of stars and moons care so deeply for us, mere mortals? This humbling question points to God’s profound love and grace. In our busy lives, it’s easy to feel insignificant, but these words assure us that we are valued and visited by the Almighty. Today, let this inspire gratitude and a sense of purpose, knowing you’re not lost in the universe but held in God’s mindful gaze. Today’s Application: Take a moment today to step outside and look at the sky, whether it’s the morning sun or evening stars. Reflect on how God’s vast creation mirrors His intimate care for you. How can this truth shape your interactions or decisions? Today’s Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the wonders of Your creation that declare Your glory. Help me to remember, when I feel small, that You are mindful of me and visit me with Your presence. May this truth fill my heart with awe and peace today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Tuesday January 6, 2026 Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Today’s Reflection In the midst of exile and uncertainty, God spoke these words through the prophet Jeremiah to the people of Israel. They were far from home, facing hardship, yet this verse reminds us that God’s intentions are rooted in love and purpose. He doesn’t promise a life without challenges, but He assures us of His sovereign plan, one that leads to hope, prosperity, and a meaningful future. Today, reflect on areas of your life where uncertainty looms. Trust that God’s blueprint for you is good, even when the path isn’t clear. His timing and wisdom surpass our understanding, turning trials into stepping stones for growth. Today’s action step Take a moment to journal one current worry or dream. Surrender it to God, asking Him to reveal how it fits into His plans. Throughout the day, remind yourself: “God’s got this.” Share this verse with someone who needs encouragement, and watch how hope spreads. Prayer Heavenly Father, thank You for the plans You have for me, plans filled with hope and not harm. Help me to trust Your timing and wisdom, even in uncertainty. Give me strength to walk in faith today, knowing my future is secure in You. Amen.

That is one thing I tell myself almost daily: “God’s got this.” So, glad He does, because I know that I don't.
