Financial Freedom - 7 Steps
Just completed the 7 Steps to Financial Freedom - Ryan, you rock! Although I’ve heard a lot of these precepts in the past, you have gone the “extra” and caused it to go from “survive well enough” to “thrive like crazy!” Thank you! @Ryan Bakke, CPA

My 1st Post
`Hi, I have owned my own consulting firm since 2010 with a background in leadership in various capacities. This means I moved from "being" a W-2 to a 1099. As shared in my intro post, I am purchasing my first STR, closing on 10/24/2025. I plan to create a legacy portfolio for my kids, enjoying the income and asset as part of my future retirement.

Great to be here, Ryan! Big vision is to save money on taxes so I can maximize the retirement income I'm working toward and to create a strong legacy for my children. Toward that big vision, saving money on taxes will allow me to expand my options as I build my STR portfolio. I'm just closing on our first STR in 4 weeks. Big domino? Cash flow.
