I honestly have been focused on local acquisitions, but I have been helping my partner @Ben Wirtz and the platform performs as advertised. It's like any other tool, it's only as good as the operator and their understanding of how to use it. It is very intuitive tho and the team is great with customer support and feedback.

I saw you sign up for off market on the live stream. Do you have them posted there and on the PLN also?

Oh just dropping a major partnership like it's a casual announcement. I'm still not sure a lot of people understand how under rated this platform is currently.

I like pln as a deal posting/buyer matching network. Seller leads is a whole other game imo. Visible buy boxes we can market too, and ai matching features would be most beneficial. A lot of people have AI comping software that could help wholesalers understand if the deal they are posting makes sense for the market or not, but those can be very hit and miss in my experience.
