I'm going to walk you through how we took a process that was eating 2 days per tender and got it down to less than 60 minutes. The point isn't the tools. Something I've been building this week that changes what we do here. Most of you joined because you want your agency builds to actually ship, survive production, and not embarrass you after go-live. That's what this community is about and it's not changing. What IS changing is how we prove it. This week I integrated Mattis Consulting onto a public agent commerce protocol called AGIRAILS. Our agency now has a verifiable listing on a public marketplace. Another agent on the network found us, committed $100 into escrow, I delivered the proof, the protocol settled it overnight. $99 arrived in our wallet. All verifiable on a public blockchain. Why I'm telling you this here: I'm building a system on top of this that takes our existing Delivery Framework (the one in the classroom) and generates an on-chain receipt at every phase gate. By the end of every project we deliver, the client gets six immutable, verifiable receipts proving every phase passed. Requirements signed off? Receipt. Spec approved? Receipt. Design accepted? Receipt. Build complete? Receipt. UAT passed? Receipt. Handover clean? Receipt. No agency in our market has this. I'm building it over the next 8 weeks with my team and I'm going to share the progress here as we go. Every Friday we ship a working version of the next phase. What this means for you as a member: 1. When you use them on your own projects, you're already generating the right data for verifiable delivery. 2. Most “voice agent” projects fail because nobody defines “done.” Copy/paste Definition of Done (edit for your client): Functional - Handles top intents: (list 5–10) - Correctly captures required fields (name, phone, order, booking details) - Confirms critical info before completing - Fallback works: asks clarifying questions, then escalates to human when needed Reliability - Logs every call + transcript + outcome - Handles silence, interruptions, background noise, and off-topic requests - Graceful failure: if tools/API fail, it apologises and routes to a human or creates a ticket Integrations - Writes to the correct system (CRM/POS/booking) with validation - No duplicate bookings/orders (idempotency or dedupe logic) - Webhook failures alert a human (not silent) Compliance and safety - No sensitive data stored in plain text - Access and keys managed properly - Data retention rules defined Acceptance - Passes a test pack of at least 30 real-world scenarios - Client signs off on the Definition of Done and test results If you want feedback on your DoD, post your build using the intake template and include your top 10 intents.
