I’m driving my 23-year-old daughter from Columbus, GA., to Macon, GA. for her last state board esthetician exam. It will be just the two of us since my wife couldn’t get the extra time off. I’m confident that my Snowflake will pass not only because she’s prepared, but also because she picked out this shirt. Purple is her favorite color. You, gentlemen, know that Old Dad doesn’t get many wins at this stage, but we celebrate them when we can until we have to pay extra, though.

I’m hoping you gentlemen might help me with my shoe care routine. I’ve been using a new product,uct Saphir, recommended by another YouTube channel, The Chap’s Guide with Ash Jones: a great channel and a good product. However, one could always benefit from a pointer or two, no matter how long they’ve been doing something. Complacency comes to us all at one point or another, gentleman. My Routine: Conditioner, wait 10 minutes, then Brush. Color Dye, wait 10 minutes, then Brush. Polish Wax, wait 30 minutes, then Brush. I only use separate rags and brushes with a small amount of water. So, I’m wondering if I need another brush to buff off the polish wax. One that doesn’t have conditioner or dye color residue on it? Should I wash my brushes with dish soap or replace them? Please note that these shoes are from the Veterans Affairs Podiatrist. So they aren’t the best-quality leather, but I’d rather pay off old debt than buy new shoes.
