The baby shower was a huge success! Our grandson will be arriving around New Year's Day.

A few weeks ago, I asked you, gentlemen, about laundry soap because my shirts and pants were fading quickly. I always welcome further constructive criticism, too. Now, at this point, I can only minimize the damage to my casual dress shirt, but when I buy newer ones, I'll follow y’all’s suggestions because of y’all’s, RMRS, and The Chap’s Guide’s laundry SOPs. However, I’ll have to buy all new pants from Duluth Trading Company. It will take a few months, but at least they will all be the correct size. I’m down to a 40 waist again! As for the fading, we learn most lessons the hard way, don’t we, gentlemen? Thank you from me, my wife, and Celeste. 😉🐱

My wife and I are in the final days before my daughter’s first baby shower. So, I decided to be in black today because my wallet is in mourning. I’m sure many of you gentlemen have been there, too. She will be having a boy around New Years Day. Kayla says she looks like a pregnant Puffin Muffin.

In a survey, it was said that only 7% of the work force men wears a tie to work. Seven percent from where it use to be in the 30’, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s. Now it is at the point where wearing a tie is an act of rebellion as well as the business professional look. I think it’s time to start a revolution of men going back to being gentlemen. Dressing with intent, showing up with intent and purpose. Making a statement that gentlemen still exist and that there is a purpose and a need to dress like gentlemen. The old adage, if it acts like a duck, and looks like a duck, it’s a duck. Be the duck! Become a revolutionary man, answer the call to arms by putting on your battle array, the suit and tie; fight to the world of non caring, lack of self respect, and the non caring attitudes towards themselves and others. The good news is that there is hope, a good friend and well respected gentleman @William Wehrs shared this with me that I am grateful for, this could be to start of a revolution if men rising up and answering the call. The key to this revolution, is that they have leaders, mentors, and people to look up to and follow. Are you that person? Can you lead by example? Are going to answer the call? Help turn a hundred men, to a thousand men, a thousand men, to a million men, let’s create an epidemic of gentlemen.
