I'm coach Tom I've been helping people lose weight for over 25 years. And finally, after years and years of "calories in/calories out" there's a better way to lose fat: Hormone Metabolism Recovery. My Lighten-Up Method combines hormonal alignment and epigenetic alignment. Finally, you can lose belly fat and keep the weight off by turning your fat-burning machinery back on. Take Aligned Action: Action is what creates results. We all struggle, and we all suffer from something sometimes. You found this community because you want to reclaim your authentic health. I have been there and know how hard it is to take new actions when the old ones feel so safe and familiar. Taking new actions and getting the desired results requires a new way of thinking. This doesn't mean saying positive affirmations in the mirror. This means reprogramming your subconscious mind with aligned actions. My intention is to help people use the hormone alignment weight loss method to lose weight (since the old calories in-calories out) method doesn't work. And to teach people my Authentic Mindset Alignment method to reduce cortisol levels and to align with their true selves. What Program Is Keeping You Stuck?
Mindset program are hard-wired into our subconscious mind and they are releasing cortisol throughout the day without your permission. Cortisol, the stress hormone, shuts off your fat-burning machinery. But when you identify your SP Programs you can take your power back.
