So far I've been loving it and I've noticed changes in my self-talk (I used to bully myself into taking action haha), energy levels, and overall happiness (I'm not even exaggerating). The daily journaling prompts are so useful to anchor myself to my intentions and keep myself accountable with my commitments, works like a charm!
