What's stopping you from making content?

Probably a stupid question but I sometimes tend to overdue it. how many platforms working on are too many? I think about going on tiktok now. Plus, how smart is it to publish the same videos on more than one platform? Like to publish the youtube videos on tiktok or instagram tv? I try to upscale some so I can get more traffic but it is not easy to find the line between ambitious and too much
