Hi everyone. Cheers to the weekend. I'm happy to announce that I had my 1st RON session. I have been practicing and promoting word of mouth. Someone's family member needed a notary but they were in an assisted living facility. They live over an hour from me, since I was recommended, they wanted to use me no matter what. I told them I wasn't available until the weekend but gave them the option to do a remote session. The initial session was bad... they had poor service & TV playing in the background. I called them and asked them to connect to Wifi (and turn off the TV). Once we reconnected, the session went smoothly, and we were done in 10 to 15 minutes. :-)

Everything is done. Separated by business, new LLC was super easy to get started and didn’t pay anyone to do it. Got my contract set up on Square for the wedding business and will be phasing out stripe for the notary one (will switch to square too). Used the new contract with square to sign up a couple for a Halloween wedding. Super easy to use and they have a way to organize people from proposals to booked to closed which is great and all free! I was going to hire somebody to do my SEO but I think the heavens was working in my favor and the guy got sick and his MIA for now so I decided to use AI and do it myself. My husband taught me a little trick to make the prompts work a bit better by using one AI to create the prompt for another AI and that has been working out wonderfully. I did two pages so far on both of my sites and I will do one page a day for each of my businesses until it’s completely done. Set up two blogs to post for tomorrow, and my post on social media are done for the week. Over the weekend, I had created a YouTube channel for the wedding business and uploaded my first and only ceremony so far. And because of that, I shared the video with the potential couple and chose me. Hitting the marketing streets for both this week. Attending events, signing up and reaching out to title/signing etc companies, connecting with venders and setting up for my next popup. Winning all around 🥰.
