🎆 Happy 250th Independence Day, Homeopathy Freedom Seekers! 🇺🇸
This weekend we celebrate the birth of our nation and the spirit of true freedom — and nothing says health freedom quite like having a homeopathy kit at your fingertips! While others reach for chemical cocktails, we celebrate sovereignty over our own health. Homeopathy empowers us to gently support our bodies through whatever the holiday throws at us — whether it’s blazing heat, fireworks smoke, overindulgence, or late-night celebrations. No side effects, no dependency — just natural, intelligent support. That’s real freedom! 🔥 Quick Remedies for This Weekend: For the Heat & Sun - Belladonna – Sudden red face, throbbing headache, feeling hot and bothered - Glonoinum – Explosive headaches from sun/heat, blood rushing to the head - Cantharis– Sunburn (great for the beach or backyard) For Fireworks Smoke & Irritation - Aconite – First signs of irritation from smoke or sudden exposure - Allium Cepa – Runny nose and eyes from smoke (like a summer cold) - Natrum Mur – Smoke exposure, headache, and feeling drained. For Fireworks, BBQ smoke & Irritation Wishing you a safe, joyful, and healthy 4th of July filled with laughter, good food, and empowered wellness! Drop a 🎇 in the comments if you’re celebrating with your homeopathy kit this weekend. We’d love to hear how you’re using it! With freedom & gratitude, Michele and Kate

Lyme Disease Combo and Question
Let's do a little sharing ... what's the last remedy you used and why? I'll go first. 😀 I'm using a combination from OHM called Lyme Disease Support #2. Just tried it for the first time today. I'll have to let you know how it goes. ❓What about you ❓ What's one of the last remedies you used and why?

Last night. We are on vacation and were out late, was tired but wired when I went to bed. After lying there for 15 minutes I took an ignatia 200. That's the last thing I remember until 8:45 this morning. AHHH sleep!
Another Nux win
Another nux win...Out to lunch with a very homeopathically skeptical friend. About 1/2 an hour later we were in the dressing room at JJills and she said her stomach was not feeling great. She said this happens very often after she eats out. I forgot about her distrust of homeopathy and went on auto pilot. I whipped out my nux 200 and put on in the cap and told her to take it. She reflexively took it and we continued to try on clothes. It wasn't until we were driving home an hour later that I thought to ask her how her stomach was feeling. She hesitated and in a shocked expression said, "Well, my stomach feels fine!" BAM!!! No win is too small! Hopefully she will trust in it a little more in the future.
Cimicifuga for the win! 🏆
Recently my husband awoke in the night with terrible spasms in his back. It was so severe that he could barely move at times or the pain would hit with a vengeance. I grabbed my copy of Asa Hershoff’s book on Homeopathy for Musculoskeletal Healing and was able to use the illustrated charts to quickly find a few remedy suggestions. I settled on Cimicifuga 200C. Within 1-2 doses my husband was able to fall back asleep! He took a few more doses the following day and saw great improvement!! He has continued to use it SOS if he feels his back is starting to bother him. So thankful for homeopathy and for the ability to be able to help our families with pain relief!

I forget about that book too. Thanks for reminding me to get it out and review it for future needs.

Hi, My name is Pat Bates. I started studying homeopathy in 2022, sorry I didn't learn about it sooner, but glad I found it. It has given me peace of mind as I've navigated GI issues, a broken shoulder, stings, cuts and more. Happy to be on board.

I've been studying Homeopathy for 4 years and love participating in Michele's protocol study groups. I live in Kansas but my roots are in New York.
