Mental Detoxing is Super Inspiring don’t want it to end‼️❤️❤️❤️

We don’t reset because something is wrong, but because something new is coming. Without reset growth becomes more noise! The integration of New only works when the mind is quiet enough to receive it. Today I made mental space to receive my Next. No longer will I invite something new without releasing the old things that prevent the new things from taking root. My mind is clear. My vision is clear. My body is healthy and rested enough to execute my purpose. I am powerful. I am the solution. I do not ask for permission to sit at the table. I create the table and invite others in. I own my power given to me by the Holy Spirit. I confirm my reset. I turned off so I can turn back on, in Jesus name! Hallelujah, hallelujah, and amen!

We don't realize how heavy thoughts are. What we think about has the power to alter our past, present and future. Today I released the thoughts that weighed me down. The thoughts that kept me spinning in a circle. I take my clarity back. I take my dreams back. I take my focus back. I take my POWER back!! I restore discipline. I restore peace!

🙌🏾Today was another powerful day! I Thank God for the new version of me…resetting my mindset from the weights of yesterday and emerging into the new me. With a deep breath, I declared with my Sisters “I don’t need permission to be powerful! I am powerful and I lead without apology.” Hallelujah 🙌🏾A new version of me is emerging!
