Looking for Advice on Creating a Notion-Style Product Video for an AI Automation
I recently started an AI automation agency called Jazari Labs. One decision I have made is to avoid marketing the business too broadly as “we build AI agents.” I think it may be more effective to package and market specific agents that solve clear operational problems for a defined industry. I have chosen the logistics industry as my initial niche The first automation I am developing is an Automatic Onboarding Agent. The agent would help transport companies and subcontractors by: - Reading onboarding-request emails - Identifying which forms and documents are required - Completing onboarding forms using stored company information - Retrieving the latest approved company documents - Attaching the correct documents - Preparing the response email for approval and sending For brokers and 3PLs, it could also: - Review documents received from transporters - Identify missing or expired compliance documents - Check Goods-in-Transit insurance - Track document expiry dates - Automatically request updated documents - Maintain a transporter compliance dashboard - I now want to create a premium product advert for the automation. The vision is a Notion-, Linear- or Stripe-style animated advert, rather than a typical AI avatar video. I am imagining an onboarding email arriving, an envelope opening, forms and compliance documents moving out, different agent functions connecting to the documents, forms being completed automatically, and the final onboarding pack being prepared. The narration would explain the problem and solution, while the animation visually supplements the audio. My main concern is maintaining consistent branding, readable document labels and precise movement across the video. For those who have created similar product-launch or SaaS explainer videos: Which platform or combination of platforms would you recommend? Would you generate each scene using an AI video model, or create the visual assets separately and animate them using tools such as Jitter, After Effects or CapCut?
