Hi @Riyah Salem , From your screenshot, it looks like your email address has been verified, but your domain authentication hasn't been completed yet. That's why you're seeing the warning message. For your second question, you can change the sender email by going to Settings → Mailing Settings → Sender, then selecting your business email address from the dropdown. If it doesn't appear there, you'll need to add and verify it first under Verified email addresses. For the domain authentication issue, could you please share: - Which domain registrar you're using (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare)? - A screenshot of the DNS records you added for your domain (you can hide any sensitive information). That will help us check if any DNS records are missing or incorrectly configured so we can get this fixed for you!
