I have a YouTube question. Does anyone know if I change my @ will that affect all the links I have out there that had the previous @? For example will the new @(vanity) redirect to the old @(Vanity) or will it just link to the underlying code YT has for me? Will the old @(Vanity) still work? OR will I have to replace all the links I have all over the internet with the new one?

I am a 20+ year veteran of the financial industry. I started a YouTube channel a couple years ago because I was watching so many "financial experts" on YouTube that really were teaching and saying things that weren't right and I wanted to teach people the truth about how money really works. I got monetized but then I had someone "help" me get more subs and SEO, etc. Well I think that trashed my channel... I haven't grown much since I fired that guy. I would love to have any feedback on how to make my Thumbnails and Titles better... I have a lot of people that watch the videos and tell me my content is excellent, I just don't get a lot of views, etc. I live in UT, USA and am 50 years old, with a family of 5 kids and 2 sons-in-law.
