The new ChatGPT model came out, and apparently ChatGPT Astra can actually control your computer and take actions for you. Including opening Skool and sending DMs. My Skool Morning Show cohost @Eric Howell tested GPT Astra 6 and told me to check my Skool DMs. I opened them to a message from HIS account that said: “Hello, this is ChatGPT.” And I am not sure how I feel about this. AI agents being able to use your computer opens up some really interesting possibilities. Eric already has ideas for how he could use the new ChatGPT Astra model to automate certain tasks, and I can absolutely see where that could be useful. But having AI actually communicating with people through your Skool account feels different to me. If I get a Skool DM from someone, am I talking to that person? Or could I be talking to their AI agent controlling their computer? That is the part that freaks me out a little. I recorded my reaction right after it happened because I genuinely want to know what other people think about this. Would you use ChatGPT Astra to send messages or take actions inside Skool? And where do you think the line should be between AI helping you and AI acting as you? ...Do you think Sam will find a way to block this?

One thing I really liked from the article was this quote: “Life has been a series of interconnected wild rides for us. From the highest highs to the lowest lows. Welcoming this baby into the world will bring its share of both, and we're here for all of it.” Parenthood is just that! So many emotions and so many different experiences. All of it worth it and life is never the same.. your perspective changes! It'll be interesting to see how the Hormozi's content changes based on their perspectives being adjusted once the baby is here! Also really cool seeing how many people online are genuinely excited and happy for them right now. A baby celebrated by the world! Huge congratulations to the Hormozis from our community. 🎉 Of course, everyone will be happy with baby Hormozi being either a girl or a boy, but for fun.. what's your guess? 💙💓💰

One of the great things about Skool is that Sam Ovens listens when people ask questions or make feature requests inside the Skoolers community. Some questions that came up were: How do I get notified when someone posts in my community? How do I get a notification when a new member requests to join? These were common questions because most owners want to respond quickly and keep engagement moving. Until now there was no way to turn those alerts on. Skool listened and built the solution. You now have them in your notification controls. They are turned off by default. If you want alerts, you can turn them on manually. Here is how to update your notification settings: Click on your profile photo. - Desktop will show you the user menu drop down - Mobile you will have to click the 3 dots in the top right to get to the user menu drop down On the user menu drop down, click Settings. Then click on Notifications. - Desktop it will have tabs on the side and you see "Notifications" there - Mobile you will need to slide it to see "Notifications" Then expand the notification settings for the community you want to change. Click either On or Off for what you want to be notified on. You can turn on notifications for: • Admin announcements • Event reminder email • New customer email • Membership requests • Reported content • New Post This puts you in control of what you stay updated on. Faster approvals. Better responsiveness. A smoother community experience for everyone. Which notification are you turning on first now that the option is finally here?

If you go to Discovery and search for your community, how many times do you come up for keywords people would be using to find you? Go sit down and write a list of phrases or keywords and try them. Ask your members what they'd search to find you. Then go look. You might be losing traffic by just not optimizing your About Page copy.
