Clue #6, I've learned so many tricks!!
Finished, just need to wash and block it but my mannequin "Manny" couldn't wait to try it on. I have learned so much with this mystery knit and have gained a lot of confidence. Never would I have tried to knit a full sweater in colorwork. Thank you Zanete for such a fun knit and all of the support you give along with the community. It has been a lot of fun and I look forward to the next mystery 😀

Looks beautiful!
Late with Clue 5!
Maybe a little too oversized .. and in hindsight, wishing I had went down a size, decreased for the waist, and made it shorter :(. I’ll finish the sleeves and see what it looks like but thinking I might redo the bottom half ..

@Monika Portisch I think you’re right .. I should knit the sleeves first and then decide what to do about the shaping and oversized. Maybe it will look better to me once the sleeves are in. I like your idea of finishing the sleeves as you go rather than at the end. I also like Rashmi’s idea below about drawing the width in with row(s) of yarn slipped through the stitches. I think I might try that.

@Rashmi Bachani This is amazing! I can’t believe how easy this looks to do .. as you said before, 3-5 rows and voila .. new shaping! Thank you so much for taking the time to find this Fruity Knitting episode. I’m going to try it .. if this works, you’ve saved me a ton of work not to mention frustration. And I will be so much happier to wear it. You’re a life saver!
Zanetes other patterns
Since starting to #RujuuSweater and seeing how well written Zanetes patterns are I have been perusing her patterns on Ravelry and bought a few. Currently doing the luminary top alongside the #Rujuu mystery challenge. What patterns of Zanetes have youade or bought ready to make? It looks to me like many patterns could be stash buster type patterns too which is always an added bonus My luminary project will be finished this week so looking for recommendations on what to make next

Before the MYAL sweater, I had made Zanete’s “Memories of London” and “Rhubarb & Cream” socks for birthday gifts. Her patterns were very well written. What I really like about Zanete’s patterns is that you often learn a new technique, which is fun .. and she provides videos!
Clue 3 done!
I decided to wait on the neckband, but the rest of clue 3 is finished! Loving it so far!

Love to knit .. sometimes for myself but mostly for family and friends. Always wishing the day was longer and could carve more time out for knitting.
