Hey Team, I saw this clip and thought it would be good to share, especially around our previous the topic on clarity. This is talking about a worship team, but this applies to everything. Work, relationships, parenthood, any every system, including education, legal, government, public services, etc.. Being clear, and putting things in writing helps both you and the reader to understand the expectations as you can always go back to what was in writing. We may not remember what was said, but we will remember the feeling of what was said. Therefore having things clearly written out and spelled out for people help support them and you! Hope this helps

Amen. I think a lot of people live in the Grey. Because they don’t want to commit. They don’t want to surrender. They don’t want to make a decision. But as leaders we are called to encourage people to be accountable. The best way to keep them accountable is by being clear of our expectations. Just as God is clear of what his expectations are of us. He’s written it down for us to study and read and understand. So as leaders we should follow His example and do the same? Thanks Dr. Tamika for this reminder.
