Life can be surprisingly unpredictable. We never no what each day can bring. I used to think that if I live to become a senior citizen these would be my golden years, a time to relax, do all the things I never did when I was younger. But then came the curve balls. Sickness, bouts of depression, loneliness, worries of not having enough financial income to live off of. Being a burden to my children. Things that are never in the forefront of our mindset and yet, these issues do exist. I ask myself how do I personally handle these life challenges? And most of all how can I help someone else prepare for the possibility of this happening to them? Such has been my mindset lately 😌 🤔
