Hello everyone! Just wondering what everyone would like to see out of the community? I have gotten some feedback from the newbie breathwork people that the full 1hour journey is long for them. And I totally get that! I was thinking of adding some daily breathwork sessions. Perhaps every Monday or Friday morning? I was also thinking of only having 1 journey / month and then adding a reset in place of the 2nd journey. Daily Breathwork sessions (approx 5-8min) Reset Breathwork sessions (approx 30min) Journey breathwork sessions (75min) So that would mean: 1 Journey / month 1 Reset / month 4 daily breathwork sessions / month (1/week. either Monday or Friday mornings.
